Inspections
Before
beginning any project, we give your home or office a thorough
inspection of the area to be remodeled as well as all areas adjacent to or
connected with the area to be worked on.
We look for any signs of decay, insect infestation as well as any structural damage.
At least once a year you should have the following areas inspected for damages and safety:
Exterior (general)
Exterior (structural)
Fence
Deck
Interior (general)
Interior (structural)
Kitchen and Bath
Doors and Windows
Electrical and plumbing
Floors, Walls and Ceiling
Basement and attic
Preparation Work
All
remodeling and repairs require preparation work.
We never
take shortcuts, we do it right the first time. That includes
all workmanship and using quality materials for each step in the
project.
The beauty of similarity
While many homeowners take pride in making their homes unique, there is something to be
said for similarity.
I saw this photo of three houses, all identically painted with beautifully
manicured lawns that give this neighborhood a very unique appeal.
